“When I started personal training with Alice, I wanted to achieve a few things. Muscle development, maintaining muscle tone, encouraging blood flow and hopefully lose a little weight. I suffer from Type 2 diabetes, restricted arterial blood flow in the legs and tendon issues in my shoulders which only serves to complicate matters. So far I have gained muscle strength and a healthier diet provided by Alice through her diet advice has aided in losing weight. My diabetic control has been excellent throughout and I have gained increased mobility in my shoulders through carefully targeted exercise. So far I have lost 4kg from my peak weight and some aerobic exercise has helped me into better condition.
